Peanut Hottie Brownie Recipe

We are delighted when the community share their Peanut Hottie recipes. Here’s a Slimming World- friendly brownie recipe from Lisa Lisii Simpson, proud winner of the #ChooseDay comp on Facebook.

Ingredients:

6 eggs (yolks and whites separated)

55g of cocoa powder  

120g of Peanut Hottie

35g sweetener

1tbs vanilla essence 

Filling:

1x tub of quark

1 options sachet (any flavour 2 syns)

1tbs vanilla essence

Sprinkle of cocoa powder (optional)

Method:

-Preheat the oven to 180

-Spray cake tins with frylight

-Mix the egg yolks, cocoa, sweetener and vanilla essence together (if dry add a little egg white) 

-Whisk the egg whites to soft peaks and then slowly stir into the egg yolk mixture 

-Pour half the mixture into the cake tins 

-Bake for 20-30 minutes 

-Leave to cool on a baking rack for around 15 minutes 

-Mix the quark, options sachet and vanilla essence together then use half of the mixture on the first cake then place the other cake on top and spread the rest of the quark mixture and sprinkle with cocoa
