Salted Peanut Butter Hottie Popcorn

For the Seasoned Popcorn:

100 grams Popcorn Kernels
Rapeseed oil (optional… this isn’t necessarily required)
Salt 1.2 grams
Peanut Hottie (as little or as much as you like)

Peanut Hottie Drizzle (For a little more indulgence)

Peanut Hottie

Skimmed Milk (or any milk of choice… you only need a touch of milk as you want the sauce to be a thick consistency)

How to make:

1. Pour the popcorn kernels into the paper bag, and fold the top of the bag over twice. Lay the bag, sealed side down, in the microwave, and heat for 2 min. You can also use a bowl to make this however be sure to place a weighted plate over the top of the bowl when cooking.

2. Once cooked and still hot add the desired amount of salt (I would say no more than 1.2 grams of salt per 100g of popcorn and sprinkle ample quantities of Peanut Hottie over the popcorn. Toss popcorn ensuring that both the salt and peanut butter hottie is distributed throughout the corn.

For this all you need to do is make a thick sauce with hot milk and Peanut Hottie. You only need a drizzle of milk as you want the consistency of the peanut butter drizzle/dip to be nice and thick.
