Peanut Hottie Energy Balls!

Perfect for a quick healthy energy boost.

This recipe makes about 20 balls.

You will need:

50g Peanut Hottie

200g Oats

50g Desiccated Coconut

100g Chocolate Chips

75g Ground Golden Flaxseeds

50g Homemade Peanut Butter (shop bought is fine too)

75ml honey

Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, combine together and shape into balls (using slightly wet hands helps).

If you prefer you can substitute the chocolate chips for dried fruit.
