Peanut Hottie Cupcakes with Buttercream Icing

INGREDIENTS for 12 cupcakes

  • 100g margarine
  • 120g caster sugar
  • 100g self-raising flour
  • 20g Peanut Hottie
  • 2 eggs
  • A splash of milk

HOW TO MAKE

  • Cream the sugar and margarine until light and fluffy
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition
  • Add the flour and Peanut Hottie and mix well
  • Add the splash of milk if you think it is too thick
  • Divide between 12 cupcake cases and bake for 12-15 minutes at 170°C

FOR THE BUTTERCREAM ICING

  • Mix 100g margarine with 150g icing sugar and 30g Peanut Hottie
