Peanut Hottie Cupcakes with Buttercream Icing
INGREDIENTS for 12 cupcakes
- 100g margarine
- 120g caster sugar
- 100g self-raising flour
- 20g Peanut Hottie
- 2 eggs
- A splash of milk
HOW TO MAKE
- Cream the sugar and margarine until light and fluffy
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition
- Add the flour and Peanut Hottie and mix well
- Add the splash of milk if you think it is too thick
- Divide between 12 cupcake cases and bake for 12-15 minutes at 170°C
FOR THE BUTTERCREAM ICING
- Mix 100g margarine with 150g icing sugar and 30g Peanut Hottie
