Peanut Hottie Cheesecake
Over on Instagram, our friend @sarahjaneseager_sw baked a gorgeous Peanut Hottie cheesecake. Here’s the recipe:
250g fromage frais
8 tsbp canderel
40g Peanut Hottie powder
25g chocolate chips
Lightly beat the eggs and then mix in the fromage frais and quark.
Beat in the canderel and Peanut Hottie powder until smooth.
Line a springform cake tin and spray with fry light. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 150 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on the top.
Refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
Serve and enjoy!
